Application
The HF feeder series is equipped with a highly efficient vacuum pump with a power range of 3~7.5 kW and delivery capacity of up to 1200 kg/h. By using the positive and negative pressure air supply and gas pumping as the power source, long-range transportation of the material is achieved, and the fan’s kinetic energy is effectively utilized. A 7.5kW fan can deliver materials a distance of about 200 meters, thus significantly reducing the energy consumption. Simultaneously, a cartridge filter is also used and tightly sealed. The perfect combination of the cyclone effect and dust separation keeps dust away and prevents blockage in the feeder.

Installation and debugging method of the vacuum feeder
1. With access to 380V AC, users need to pay attention that the ground line is connected. Press the on/off button to determine motor turning and exhaust outlet wind direction are both correct.
2. Connect compressed air by directly inserting the Φ6 air pipe into the fast joint. Adjust the filter pressure relief valve to 0.6MPA. Pressure that is too low will lead to a bad back blow and influence material suction.
3. Touch the time allowance key to adjust the feeding time within 10~20 seconds, with the discharge time at 5 to 8 seconds.
4. Pay attention to the connection of the hoops in each link in order to prevent air leakage. Move the mixer into the most vertical position in order to facilitate material flow.
